We offer one-to-one sessions with a qualified counsellor or psychotherapist.  This service is available at any time, free of charge.

Domestic Abuse Surgery

This service is available for women who want to access one-to-one confidential support, information and advice.  Available anytime.

Drop In

Our volunteers are happy to offer an overview and explanation of the creche services, courses and therapies available, including refreshments.

Life Club

A weekly group session lead by a qualified Life Coach, exploring a different theme each week.  Childcare support is available.

Complementary Therapies

Available every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Covers: Natural Healing, Reflexology, Indian head massage, Swedish Massage & Reiki.

Personal Development Courses

Groups are run throughout the year to promote self-confidence and assertiveness.  Daytime and evening courses are available free.
